When I built my first salon over a decade ago I had no clue what I was doing. I had to dig myself out of deep holes many a time and I learned valuable lessons along the way. Today, I am the proud owner of The Concept Salon & Blowout Bar and Aire Salon Studios. I use what I learned to mentor beauty pros throughout their professional journeys and to help founders create the life and businesses of their dreams.
